Consolidated US corporate operations of foreign multinational, co-negotiated divestiture of divisions, and authored restructuring plan for spin-off. Experience managing multiple corporate functions including Finance, Legal, IT, Intellectual Property and Investor Relations.

Chief Medical Officer - M.D., Ph.D.

Life sciences executive with internal medicine and neurology background with 25 years experience in academics and biotechnology. Proven record of success in leading the development, registration and commercialization of specialty pharmaceuticals for unmet medical needs. Created project teams and strategic development plans for pipeline products. Responsible for oversight of clinical research, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing for drugs in multiple therapeutic areas.

Business Development - MBA, Ph.D

Pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years experience in business development, marketing, corporate finance and commercial operations. Adept at business planning and financing; mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations with experience negotiating and closing out-licensing transactions. Demonstrated successful leadership of  product launches in both pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. 

Regulatory Affairs - Ph.D.

Pharmaceutical executive with 20 years experience in regulatory affairs and compliance. Successfully prepared and filed NDAs in multiple therapeutic areas, including responsibility for all aspects of the preparation and filing of an NDA (and CANDA) for blockbuster antidepressant. Extensive experience chairing pre IND meetings, end-of-phase II meetings, pre sNDA meetings, pre NDA meetings and labeling meetings at the FDA. Considerable writing experience including Investigator's Brochures, Meeting Briefing Documents, NDA preclinical summaries, overall NDA summary, package insert and annotation, and IND and NDA annual reports.

Directly responsible for strategy development and corporate activities designed for key government agencies including: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Office of Inspector General, Government Accountability Office, Office of Management and Budget, and MedPAC. Managed key business unit with responsibility for largest customer base including Health Systems, Managed Care Organizations, Commercial and Government Payors, Distribution Channel, GPOs and Physicians’ Practice Management Groups.

Marketing and Business Development - MBA 

Marketing and business development professional with over 30 years experience commercializing pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices in domestic and international markets. Proven record of success in developing and launching new products and expanding sales and profitability of established product lines. Experienced in negotiating in-licensing agreements and sublicensing.
