Yoga-lates is a popular form of exercise that blends the best of Yoga and Pilates. Both techniques combine to help to improve stamina and posture while developing a general sense of well-being. Pilot Study Assessing Weight Bearing Multiplanar Imaging Compared to Supine CT and Upright Conventional Imaging of the Knee

This is a Pilot Study of ten patients, approximately ages 50-80. Cross-sectional imaging (CT) of the affected limb will be preformed on the hip, knee, and ankle. Weight-bearing cross sectional imaging of the hip, knee, and ankle of the affected extremity will be performed using the Philips MultiDiagnostic Eleva with 3D imaging, following a similar CT protocol. These methods will be compared for diagnostic information and for variations in angulation and alignment accuracy in surgical planning. Learn more

A Phase 3, Multi-Center, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled 76 Week Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Belimumab (GHS1006, LymphoStat-B), A fully Human monoclonal Anti-BlyS Antibody, in Subjects with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

To evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of belimumab in subjects with SLE, and to evaluate the impact of belimumab on quality of life in subjects with SLE, six patients will be enrolled and followed for a year and a half. A Sequential Adaptive Phase II/III Multi-Center, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Abatacept Versus Placebo on a Background of Mycophenolate Mofetil and Glucocorticosteroids in Subjects with Active Proliferative Glomerulonephritis Due to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

The purpose of this study is to see if abatacept is better than placebo (inactive substance) on a background of Mycophenolate Mofetil and Glucocorticoids for the treatment of lupus nephritis. RITAPS: A Pilot Study of Rituximab for the Anticoagulation-Resistant Manifestations of Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS)

Persistently antiphospholipid antibody (aPL)-positive patients, 18-75 years of age, with anticoagulation-resistant manifestations of APS and fulfilling protocol-defined study inclusion criteria will receive two doses of Rituximab and will be followed for six and 12 months for clinical and safety outcomes, respectively. Learn more
