Over the last few months we have been sharing the benefits of MicroTCA™ and AdvancedMC™ and how they are quickly becoming standards-based form factors of choice. It is an industry shift we believe very strongly in, and we have been busy solidifying our offerings in these areas to meet our customer needs.
This year our product line of x86 and PowerPC® AdvancedMC processors has been augmented with the introduction of the AMC590 - a unique compact module that combines an SAS/SATA hard drive with advanced video and audio functionality in a mid-size, single AMC. We have also recently made significant updates to our AMC121 compute module with a memory increase, and support for faster, user-replaceable flash devices.
And continuing our momentum, we are REALLY looking forward to the Embedded Systems Conference, April 15-17, in San Jose. At this event, we will be announcing and demonstrating our brand new MicroTCA platform offering. Be sure to stop by booth 1510 to see first hand how we are changing the shape of MicroTCA and making lower cost and higher integration a reality.
