Over $9.6 Million in FIRST Scholarships Available

"I would not have been able to consider an out-of-state college without the $5,000 scholarship I received from Georgia Tech.  It enabled me to pursue my first choice of college. I am very thankful for the inspiration that the FIRST experience gave me, and for this scholarship that allows me to be at a top institution, headed for a challenging and intriguing career.”

Letter from FIRST President, Paul Gudonis

To the FIRST Community:

In our 21st century economy, many open positions require technology skills and knowledge that job seekers do not possess.  Company executives lament that their businesses could grow faster, if only they could find qualified people...Who will fill these jobs in our economy, where products and services increasingly require a technically literate workforce?...That's precisely where FIRST and the FIRST Community play a major role.
