Albertson's Inc. announced it is selling all of its stores to three new owners: SuperValu Inc., CVS Corp., and Cerebus Capital Management LP.

Make no mistake about it...this deal is a very complex transaction. The transaction results in all new owners to accounts, new banner alignments, re-worked territories and hundreds more pieces of location and hierarchy data changes.
