This versatile data communications
server, designed to provide connectivity between the WAN and LAN
networks, is now available in either 8- or 16-port configurations.
The 8-port version is field upgradable to 16 ports for cost-effective
scalability.
With two 10/100 Ethernet ports and up to 16 high-speed WAN serial
ports, the MPS1000 is an ideal WAN/LAN bridge, WAN/LAN gateway device
or remote WAN connectivity server when used in conjunction with our
protocol software suite, which includes Radar Receiver/SBSI, HDLC,
X.25, Frame Relay and LAPD packages.
