ISM Announces Winners of Top 15 CRM Software Awards for Enterprise and Small & Medium Business Solutions

ISM announces the 2006 Top 15 Software Awards in Enterprise and SMB categories along with CRM trends for the year. "The maturing CRM industry is making several major shifts including an expansion of Web-based applications and an increasing CRM focus on the small- to mid-sized business segment (SMB)," reports Barton Goldenberg, president, ISM.

 "The winners are to be praised for obtaining the Top 15 honor given ISM's strenuous and comprehensive software selection process," said Goldenberg. Tested at the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md. headquarters, ISM rates each package according to 217 selection criteria including 110 business functions, 49 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 5 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
