We are geared up for our Spring Scientific Session in Anaheim with numerous enhancements including corporate forums, a new products and services venue and amenities such as pre-paid parking and meal vouchers. The exhibit hall will be an impressive draw for attendees with its approximately 600 vendors participating. The exhibition provides you an excellent opportunity to show your latest technology and services to thousands of dental professionals. This is a great venue to discuss your products or services face-to-face with dental professionals looking to enhance their practices.

Deadlines Approaching for Spring Scientific Session
The exhibit space confirmations were mailed in December, which included booth assignments, invoices and important show information. Please make note to review the important deadline dates for booth payments, personnel registration and product and service listing forms. Why CDA's Spring Session is a Great Meeting for Exhibitors

Following our 2007 Spring Session, our members responded to a comprehensive survey and we thought you would be interested in the following stats: |
- 95% percent of attendees visited the exhibit hall
- 33% of those spent five or more hours in the exhibit hall, particularly those who are still building their dental practices
- 35% of those spent between 3 – 4 hours on the show floor
- 26% of those spent 1 – 2 hours on the show floor

Participate in Our Media Briefing
We have scheduled a media briefing on Thursday, May 1, 2008 to announce new product launches, review meeting highlights and discuss issues facing dentistry, from science-based discoveries to legislative initiatives. In addition to featuring CDA leadership, the event will include an opportunity for selected exhibitors to briefly address the media. Immediately following the briefing, CDA leadership, event sponsors and exhibitors will have additional time to meet with the press. Media representatives will receive pre-registration badges for entry to the exhibit hall, as well as special invitations to CDA-affiliated events during the weekend.

CDA's Official Approved Vendors
CDA has contracted with leading companies in the exhibition industry to provide quality services to our exhibitors. The order forms for these services will be included in the GES Exhibitor Service Manual mailed to exhibitors 10 weeks prior to the show. Mark Your Calendars - CDA 2008 Fall Scientific Session
The Moscone South Convention Center in San Francisco is the site for our Fall Scientific Session, September 12-14. The exhibitor prospectus with floor plan, exhibit application, hotel information and further show information will be mailed to exhibitors and available at cda.org by the end of February.
