Featured Trainer, Alexander Diamantopoulos

In case you missed these...

We know the end of the year is a busy time for everyone - so we thought that we would highlight two important items we covered in our November and December issues.

Consultant Database

We have begun collecting information for a consultant/Modeling Resource Database to facilitate collaboration among users of our software. You are encouraged to participate by adding relevant information about yourself to the database.

The database is open to all registered users of the current version of TreeAge Pro. To add yourself to the database, go to our main support page at: http://server.treeage.com/treeagepro/support/

To begin you must login using your email and serial number. Once you are logged in, click on the link "Add/update your record in the Consultants and Modeling Resources Database".

If you have any questions please contact support@treeage.com

TreeAge Pro Viewer

The release of TreeAge Pro Viewer allows anyone to open, view and print models that were created in our TreeAge Pro software - including tree files, influence diagrams, graphs or Monte Carlo simulation outputs. Unlike our TreeAge Pro software, the Viewer does not perform any calculations or allow building of models.

This is an exciting addition to our TreeAge Pro family as the Viewer will allow our users to more easily share their work with others who do not have a license to our software. We think this will make collaboration, sharing and reviewing of TreeAge models much easier for our users.

The TreeAge Viewer is a free download. For more instructions on how to download the viewer please Click here. To download the viewer now, please Click here.

Tech Tip - Using the New Scripting Interface

Tech Tip #1 [Object Demo, Scripting Interface]

TreeAge Pro Suite and TreeAge Pro Excel both now support a full featured scripting interface, very similar to the TreeAge Pro Interactive interface. The TreeAge Pro 2007 library (TreeAgeProLib) provides macro/scripts access to a variety of modeling and analysis features in the TreeAge Pro application.

To run a brief flash demo on using the Object Interface, please click here.

Would you like to see more Flash Demo's demonstrating the tools and features of TreeAge Pro?
