Crisis Communications: Remember Einstein's Definition of Insanity? Apparently Some Corporations Still Don't
Actually, the remark belongs to Ben Franklin. Albert simply borrowed it: Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Which raises the question: Why do companies keep doing the same thing, over and over, when they are in crisis? Wasn't Southwest Airlines paying attention to the repeated mistakes of its competitors and other businesses in crisis?
