Web-Based Software - THE NEED FOR REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS

Eurotherm's Process Guardian Software allows a user to remotely access the MACO Compact machine controller.

Specifically, process parameters such as setpoints, values, SPC graphs, and other system information can be examined any where you have internet access.

Here are other important features you can use:

  • Flexibility to grow from a single machine to an enterprise-wide system.
  • Complete access to plant data including machine and job status.
  • Production monitoring, records and reports.
  • Data acquisition and direct machine control.
  • Real-time, usable information with an intuitive interface.

The use of standard hardware and software in an open architecture permits easy expansion when you’re ready to grow the system.

I think I need to retrofit my HT, but...

Question: Please help me with some frustration. I need to make a presentation to management on why we need to upgrade our injection molding machine (and possibly other molding equipment), but I don’t fully understand the benefits it will bring us. Can you help me out with the big reasons why we should consider this retrofit so I may use it in my presentation? JK

Answer: There are a number of reasons to consider upgrading your machine. Too many to list really, but here a few of the top reasons why...
