  • Leopard T3 classes

The first Train-The-Trainer (T3) Classes for Leopard Support Essentials and Server Essentials are tentatively scheduled for the first two weeks of December in the US. We plan to leverage from the outcomes of these T3 classes to deliver T3 updates to the existing EMEA ACTs. The EMEA schedule and the delivery method plan has not yet been finalized and more details will be announced ASAP.

  • Leopard certified course materials

Apple is working with a vendor to develop and deliver Leopard certification course materials (courseware, books, instructor guides, slideware), including a localization plan for the major European languages. This vendor will act as a single point of contact for ordering materials. These materials will be final sometime next quarter (probably around the beginning of February) but final dates and more details about ordering process will be communicated ASAP.

  • How to get prepared to deliver Leopard training

In order to help AATCs and their ACTs to get prepared to deliver Tiger-Leopard delta training to their customer before we are able to release Leopard T3s certification courses and exams, we are working with other Apple departments in order to share several Leopard marketing, sales and technical resources to the AATCs. As soon as these resources become available we will be sharing them via Apple Sales Web or other appropriate ways.

Within the next couple of weeks we will organise a conference call to discuss the Leopard launch with all our IT AATCs. We will communicate the time and date in a flash update very soon.
