Flexibility and scalability in continuous granulation in Pharmaceutical Industry
The new Thermo Scientific Pharma twin screw granulator eliminates batch variation and decreases ingredient and equipment costs through a continuous mixing process, enabling operators to use smaller, more precise amounts of expensive ingredients. The key features of the continuous granulation system encompass removable components and high free volume as well as reduced scale up risk for the industry. The new system was launched at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) Annual Meeting and Exposition. Download the data sheet.

Laboratory Instruments

New application solution - UV thermal assisted curing allows to improve product properties, productivity and reduction of production costs
We have introduced a new UV thermal assisted curing cell for the Thermo Scientific HAAKE MARS rheometer. For tests on UV-hardening materials, a UV-cell and a customizable measuring unit with freely configurable distances for optical components such as light guides, condensers and glass plates are now offered for integration into the controlled test chamber of the HAAKE MARS. The new measuring cell is focused on applications such as powder coatings, adhesives, sealants, soldering materials and inks. Download the product information and technical poster for more information.

New modular Rheometer - Thermo Scientific HAAKE RheoStress 6000
The modular HAAKE RheoStress 6000 combines proven technology plus the latest innovations from the high end Thermo Scientific HAAKE MARS rheometer. Improved normal force
measurements and specifications as well as broad application solutions including UV curing,
construction material cell and pressure cell emphasize the rheometer's broad field of applications. The HAAKE RheoStress 6000 is fully compatible with existing accessories of previous RheoStress
models. This makes it easier to upgrade to the new generation in rheology without making a huge
investment. Download the brochure for more information.

Precise and reproducible results - Learn how you can easily calibrate your Rheometer & Viscometer to secure reliable measuring results
The application note outlines the required steps and helps you to avoid potential failure source during calibration. We offer a wide range of standard liquids with different viscosity values for calibration. Download product information and application note on test liquids.
