Chief Financial Officer- MBA, CPA

Financial executive with over 25 years experience in diverse public and private life sciences, information technology, and business services firms ranging in scope from start-up to $1 billion in revenue. Demonstrated results in leading financial and operational turnaround, effectively managing growth and integrating multiple acquisitions. Professional experience includes venture & growth capital sourcing, strategic alliances, IPO/SEC Reporting/ SOX, P&L management, contract negotiations and investor relations.

Quality Assurance- Ph.D

Quality assurance, regulatory affairs and clinical research executive with over 30 years experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device and biologics. Demonstrated expertise in quality systems improvements, product development, and marketing approval for medical products.  Experienced in all aspects of quality management and in placement and management of contract laboratory, manufacturing and clinical trials.

Senior Toxicologist/ Senior Director Preclinical Development- Ph.D.

Toxicologist with over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and medical device industries. Managed all phases of preclinical development programs for drug and consumer products and generated toxicology/risk assessments for prescription and OTC drugs, dietary supplements, food ingredients and consumer products. Adept at interactions with FDA, international regulatory agencies, and US and foreign pharmaceutical companies. 

Organizational Development

Pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years experience in organizational development including functional turnarounds and restructuring. Demonstrated expertise in improving operating efficiency. Conducted process analysis and resource alignment to increase productivity and developed and led customer retention and growth strategies.

Regulatory Director

Regulatory Affairs professional with a proven ability to manage drug programs to successfully move products through development into production. Served as project planning/tactical lead for FDA meetings and FDA deliverables. Ensured thorough review of all documents associated with regulatory filings. Experience developing strategy and documentation for resolution of a clinical hold.

Clinical Operations Manager- Ph.D. 

Clinical Operations professional with over 10 years experience coordinating operational aspects of clinical pharmacology studies. Led timely implementation of late phase clinical programs and authored and coordinated review of clinical pharmacology protocols, protocol amendments, study reports and informed consents. Adept at site evaluations, initiations and closeout visits, contract and budget negotiation, monitoring, query resolution and preparation and review of briefing documents and responses for regulatory authorities in the US and EU.

Project Manager

Project Manager with 5 + years experience in the healthcare industry. Managed the development and implementation of a new technology and served as the primary point of contact for all client communications. Adept at ensuring budget and timelines stay on track. Experience collaborating on the writing and management of Federal, State and local grants.
