Scholarship Fundraising – Silent Auction
The Fifth Annual AHCAPTM Silent Auction is being held in conjunction with the 2007 Annual Conference in San Diego, CA, June 13-16, 2007.
You can support this event at the AHCAPTM Annual Conference by:
- Donating items for the auction
- Soliciting donations from merchants, artists, manufacturers… even your hospital’s gift shop
- Purchasing items at the auction
While there is no obligation for any member to donate, the more participation, the more fun it will be and the more financial support we can give to AHCAPTM. The revenue from this event is the sole funding for the AHCAPTM Scholarship Program which helps our deserving members attend conference through financial scholarships.
Individuals may donate items or a chapter may donate as a group. For dates, mail to, and other information, visit the Annual Conference page at AHCAPTM Online today!

Goodie Bags
Items are now being accepted for AHCAP’s 2007 Annual Conference Goodie Bags and Door Prizes. Hospitals and health care institutions have supported these popular on-site giveaways, as well as chapters and members. Of course, there is no obligation for any member to donate to the Goodie Bags or door prizes, but more participation means more fun and much appreciation for the gift giver.
Typically, Goodie Bag donations include: pens, book lights, flashlights, t-shirts, first aid kits, travel gear, pocket stuffers, measuring tapes, etc. These items are included in each conference attendees’ keepsake tote bag that you will receive when you register.

We have a very challenging goal of acquiring 1,000 members by conference time. Do your part and spread the word about the benefits of AHCAPTM membership. We have a great story to tell and the Membership Committee is soliciting your assistance in telling that story. Watch for the Member Meter and help us move it in an upward direction and over the top!!
